With more than 23 years in multifamily property management, I currently serve as Regional Asset Manager for Vida Management, overseeing operations, financial performance, and team leadership across my portfolio. I drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while coaching on-site teams to higher accountability and results with their professional development in the forefront of everything I do while leading.

My technical foundation includes deep experience with Yardi, OneSite/RealPage, Entrata, YieldStar, LRO, Knock, CRM IQ & Elise AI. I operate with a clear bias for action, strong emotional intelligence, and a coaching leadership style that develops people and improves operational consistency.

Previous to Vida Management I held regional roles with Highmark Residential, PMR Companies, and Continental Properties, consistently delivering measurable gains in performance and team effectiveness. My focus remains the same: protect and grow asset value, cutting frivolous spending, generating income while building high-performing teams.
