Abe Schmalberg

Abe Schmalberg serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, underwriting, investor relations, and internal audit and tax functions across the portfolio.

Abe joined the organization in 2018 after working as a manager in KPMG's real estate and advisory practice, where he advised clients including Tishman Speyer, Blackstone, and Prudential on acquisitions, dispositions, and tax restructurings involving opportunity funds, private equity partnerships, and REITs.
