Brittany Jews

Brittany is a multifamily housing leader with experience across Class A through Class D conventional communities. She began her career in the industry as a leasing professional and has since held all onsite positions before advancing into regional and corporate leadership. Her firsthand experience at every level of property operations gives her a unique perspective on the challenges teams face and enables her to develop practical, relevant training and strategies grounded in real-world operations.

As Director of Leasing & Training, Brittany leads initiatives focused on strengthening leasing performance, developing high-performing teams, improving operational consistency, and supporting long-term portfolio growth. Her previous experience as a Regional Asset Manager allows her to connect leasing strategy, training, and team development with operational and financial performance.

Throughout her career, Brittany has developed a strong track record in property operations, asset management, leasing performance, team development, budget oversight, expense reduction, property stabilization, resident retention, and NOI growth.

Her accomplishments have been recognized by the Arkansas Apartment Association, where she has received Leasing Manager of the Year, Assistant Property Manager of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, and Regional Property Manager of the Year. She has also served the association in numerous leadership roles, including two terms as President, reflecting her longstanding commitment to advancing the multifamily industry and developing its professionals.

Brittany holds the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the National Apartment Association, as well as the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also holds an Arkansas real estate license.

Her leadership approach combines firsthand operational experience, clear expectations, performance analysis, coaching, and hands-on support. She is passionate about developing confident, accountable teams and creating practical strategies that strengthen leasing performance, enhance the resident experience, improve operational execution, and support sustained portfolio growth.
