Jared Braverman

Director of Marketing

Jared Braverman is Vida Management's Director of Marketing, overseeing all marketing strategy and execution across an 18-property, 7,073-unit multifamily portfolio spanning eight states. He leads full-funnel digital campaigns across Google, Meta, Zillow, and Apartments.com, manages the company's advertising budgets, and directs creative production, website management, and CRM/PMS marketing integrations portfolio-wide.

Jared brings over 20 years of marketing leadership experience across real estate, luxury retail, and design industries. Before joining Vida Management, he served as Marketing Director for Cohen Brothers Realty's Decoration & Design Building in Manhattan — one of the world's largest interior design centers — and held marketing leadership roles at Overpass, Mpower Energy, Stark Carpet, and South Florida Design Park. He holds a B.A. in Marketing & Business from Florida Atlantic University.
