Justin Treadway

With more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, Justin has dedicated his career to improving property operations, developing maintenance professionals, and delivering exceptional service to residents and ownership groups alike. Since entering the apartment industry in 2005, he has built extensive expertise in maintenance operations, asset preservation, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

As the Regional Maintenance Coordinator for Vida Management, Justin oversees maintenance operations across multiple communities, providing leadership, technical guidance, training, and strategic support to ensure properties operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Justin has proudly served on the Arkansas Apartment Association, including seven years as Maintenance Board Chair. During that time, he has been committed to advancing the maintenance profession through education, leadership development, and advocacy for industry best practices.

Justin is passionate about mentoring maintenance teams, solving complex operational challenges, and fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Justin’s goal is to help build stronger communities by supporting the people and systems that keep them running successfully.
