Trisha Cass

Trisha Cass serves as a Regional Asset Manager for Vida Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience in multifamily housing, asset management, compliance, and operations. She oversees a portfolio of apartment communities with a focus on financial performance, operational excellence, and resident experience.

Prior to joining Vida Management, Trisha was the Director of Asset Management for Cohen Investment Group, where she managed a diverse portfolio of multifamily, student housing, commercial, and self-storage assets. In this role, she led asset performance strategies, financial reporting, capital improvement initiatives, third-party management oversight, acquisitions, dispositions, and operational transitions.

Before Cohen Investment Group, Trisha served as Director of Compliance for Brick Lane, where she also held Regional Manager and Training and Development roles. During her tenure, she developed compliance programs, standardized operating procedures, implemented training initiatives, and led high-performing onsite teams while driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial results.

Throughout her career, Trisha has successfully overseen property acquisitions and dispositions, management transitions, insurance claim recovery, operational turnarounds, and portfolio-wide process improvements. She is passionate about building strong teams, improving operational efficiency, and creating communities where residents and employees can thrive.

Outside of work, Trisha is an active rescue volunteer and medical foster, dedicating her time to rehabilitating and advocating for dogs in need until they find permanent homes.
